1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Growtual website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Growtual provides website development, mobile app development, Amazon A–Z services, social media management, advertising, YouTube management, 2D animation, AI content creation, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline and pricing for any project will be confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information and necessary access (accounts, assets, credentials) required to complete a project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are settled.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party tools, stock assets, or Growtual's proprietary frameworks and internal processes.
6. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges, communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Growtual is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including third-party platform changes (e.g. Amazon, social media algorithms) outside our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
